MAURICE GOES TO HOLLYWOOD

Our short Curate film on artist Moe Spector for WHRO recently won an EMMY Award. I’ve known Moe personally for more than a decade and he’s easily one of the most talented artists on the Eastern Shore (and beyond). His paintings, drawings and sculpture are both beautiful and cerebral - always with a bit of unexpected whimsy. Thanks to WHRO for green lighting this story. {click to play the episode}

This teaser didn’t make the cut for our Curate Episode, but it was fun. We shoot a lot of footage for an eight minute Curate piece, so a lot of jewels get sacrificed. And below - here’s a few photographs we’ve done with Moe over the years. Enjoy….
