We recently finished shooting showrooms for Blackman, a high-end dealer of all things kitchen and bath. Blackman is based in New York with showrooms on Long Island and the Hamptons. Additionally they've recently opened a showroom in West Palm Beach. For years Blackman has been a plumbing supply dealer, with limited showroom facilities. A new marketing initiative, along with renovated showrooms hope to push the company to an upscale consumer market. We were tasked with shooting the showrooms and providing images for marketing materials and a new website, that will be launched in the next month.

For the techies, we shot the showrooms with a two-person crew (me and Joey) using 1 or 2 (mostly one) ancient Lowel tota lights (1000 watts). Most of the big room shots were multi-exposure available light images.
